It's easily accessible, just a few minutes from the Square-Victoria-OACI metro station and Central Station. For more details on how to get there, please visit the campus website: https://www.hec.ca/campus/helene-desmarais/ Will there be networking opportunities during the event? Yes, absolutely! Networking is one of the most important aspects of our event. You'll have plenty of opportunities to meet other participants: in the morning, during breaks, at lunch, and at the evening cocktail reception. What is the check-in process on the day of the event? You'll need to check in at the reception desk on level 3 upon arrival to obtain your access badge. Will the event be certified as eco-responsible? We have not yet confirmed eco-responsible certification. However, we are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of the event by implementing several measures: use of reusable crockery, reduction of displays and printed matter to a minimum, and optimal management of food waste. Is the building accessible to people with reduced mobility? Yes, the HEC Montréal campus is accessible. You can also indicate your needs when you register. Is it possible to get a refund? Refunds are possible up to 30 days before the event. Will the event be offered in a hybrid version? No, the event will only take place in person and will not be broadcast online. Please indicate any special dietary requirements when registering. Is it possible to be a financial or visibility partner? Yes, we are open to partnerships. Contact us at sommet@ateliersbiodiversitequebec.org to discuss opportunities. How was the fee decided? The fee was determined based on the costs associated with organizing the event, such as conference center rental, catering, and support from our team. We have also taken into account contributions from our partners to help reduce costs. This rate is the minimum necessary to cover these expenses while guaranteeing the quality of the event. Are there any free or discounted tickets? Due to the limited capacity of the event, we are unable to offer free or discounted tickets this year. If you feel you absolutely must attend, please contact us at david@ateliersbiodiversitequebec.org.
